Mike Chouinard has been in the flooring business most of his professional life. He was a flooring installer from 1978-1994. Mike started with Pierce as a sub-contract installer. He officially became a Pierce employee in 1994 as a Service Manager in Great Falls and eventually took over as the Commercial Project Manager in Great Falls in 2002. Mike became the statewide Commercial Operations Manager in 2014. Mike has been married to his wife, Lori, for over 32 years. They have two children, three grandchildren, and one devoted chocolate lab. Their entire family loves the outdoors. For Mike, bow hunting has always been his favorite outdoor activity.
Tammy grew up in Laurel and graduated from Laurel High School. She has been on the Administrative side of Construction for 15 years. She has a growing family, which includes her Wonderful Husband Greg, her 2 dogs Ellie & Maddi, and the newest addition to their family is her son, Cooper. She has been married to her husband Greg for 8 years. She enjoys spending time with family, camping, fishing and the outdoors.
Crystal was born and raised in South Otago New Zealand. Graduated In Architectural Drafting In 2008 from Otago Polytechnic College. Crystal has lived in the Beautiful Big Sky country for 8 years. Enjoys working on Commercial Size projects. She has had a very busy year with having Twin Boys in March 2016. She enjoys exploring the roads of Montana in her Camaro and spending time with her boys.
Rachel has been in the flooring industry since 2001, gaining experience through installation, sales, and estimating. Originally from Connecticut, she has been in Montana with her husband for 17 years. She loves the Big Sky Country, her English Mastiffs, skiing, and of course the Seahawks.
Brie started with Pierce in the fall of 2016. She has a wonderful husband, a step daughter and a little boy. Her favorite team is the Arizona Cardinals, and loves to watch them win.
Betty was raised in Billings, MT and graduated from High School in Miles City. She lived in Three Forks for 45 years where she and her husband raised two boys. Betty’s work career includes a combined 30 years in banking, insurance, and construction before coming to the Commercial Department at Pierce in 2004. Her interests include barbershop music with the Sweet Adelines, being involved with the leadership in her church, and the United Methodist Annual Conference. She has four grandchildren who keep her young at heart.
Bradly started his flooring installation training in 1965. He has been actively involved in the flooring industry in both installation and sales every since. He was a volunteer fireman for two different fire departments for over 24 years. He retired from the Laurel Fire Department after 22 years. Bradly likes to hunt, fish and snowmobile with his family. He has been married to the same great woman, Sandy, for 50 years. They have two children, two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Jeff was raised in Laurel, graduated from Laurel High School and went to DeVry Institute where he graduated with a BS in Production Operations Management, with a minor in accounting. His father spent over 40 years in the installation business for Pierce Flooring and his brother continues the trade today, so he has been around the flooring business his entire life. Jeff and his wife, Michelle, have two children. His daughter Tessa is a student at MSU in Bozeman and his son Aaron is a student at West High. For enjoyment outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family hiking, biking, fishing, camping, dirt-biking and watching his son hill climb.
Jeremy has been in the flooring business since 1994 as an installer. In 2014, Jeremy took over the Great Falls Commercial division as a project manager. He is married to his wife, Jennifer, and they have two girls. He spends his free time hunting, fishing, camping, and golfing.
