Colin is the store manager of Pierce Flooring Design Center in Bozeman. He studied computer science at Peninsula College in Washington before taking an interest in sales and management. Colin sold flooring for several years and has over 10 years experience in management. He believes that timeliness, clear communication, and exceeding expectations are the keys to a successful business relationship and is excited to be a part of Pierce where the Pierce Promise reflects those goals. He and his wife, Christina, have 2 boys and spend their weekends fishing, riding motorcycles, and exploring the beautiful Gallatin Valley.
Loren grew up on a small farm in Iowa. It was there that he learned the value and rewards of hard work, faith, and persistence. Upon graduating from college, he married his college sweetheart and moved to Montana. Loren has been employed in floor covering sales and project management at the Bozeman Pierce Flooring & Design store since 1988. He and his wife enjoy living in Amsterdam, MT. They have three grown children and a Corgi named Coco, who keeps them in line. Loren and his wife enjoy swimming, gardening, bicycling, and traveling.
Susie is excited to be involved in this interesting and ever-changing industry. Design has been a hobby of hers and she has always enjoyed designing her own home. She loves to read, go on walks with her German Shepherd, and spend time in her garden. Susie enjoys helping her customers find the “look” that they want and visualize for their home.
Mary has been an Interior Designer for over 30 years. She has been helping families in the area plan their new homes as well as redecorate and update their existing homes. This is a true labor of love for her and she looks forward to giving her clients their own vision for their home.
Mary and her family moved to Bozeman in 1989. She enjoys living in Bozeman because of the connection with people and how they share their values. She loves to camp, cook, and spend time with her 14 grandchildren ranging in age from 2-18.

Roberta was born in Sand Point, Idaho but moved to Belgrade and graduated from high school there. She went to school for Design and has been in the industry for over 22 years. She loves helping people make their home what they have pictured it to be. Her family loves to hike, horseback ride, golf, swim, camp, fish, and travel.
Marc grew up on the west coast, but has lived in the Bozeman area for nearly a decade. He has a degree in Communication and enjoys project management. Marc loves spending time outdoors with his wife and kids. They enjoy camping, hiking, and fishing.
Patrick is the logistics coordinator and delivery manager for the Bozeman cabinet department. He grew up outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in a small town with his extended family. Patrick went to Penn State and got his bachelor's degree in English and Communications. He moved to Montana in 2015 after falling in love with the mountains on a ski trip. Shortly after, he met a girl, fell in love, and got married. The newly wedded power couple are ready to settle down and start a family, beginning with the adoption of their King Charles Cavalier fur baby. Patrick's diverse background has taught him that flexibility and clear communication are the keys to successful business partnerships.
A love of architecture, place, and home has led Vicki to a full career blending construction, furniture, real estate, and interior design with her love of people. With dedication to good design, budgets and service, she tries to make remodels cohesive and new construction current but timeless in style while meeting the client’s desires. Cabinet design requires challenges of storage optimization, efficiency, and beauty that Vicki relishes.
The beautiful Gallatin Valley has been Vicki’s home for 33 years raising her daughter and twin sons. With two of her grown children living in Vietnam, travel is a family affair as is camping, fishing, hiking, gardening, and cooking. A Family motto is “No great deed is done on an empty stomach!”
Rachel is a recent design graduate who snagged her dream job as a kitchen and bath designer at Pierce Flooring and Cabinetry Design. Rachel’s varied background in restaurants, hairstyling, health, and retail has provided the perfect foundation for a kitchen and bath designer.
As a kitchen and bath designer she manages all aspects of your project including the home measurement, design consultation, cabinet & countertop selection, accessories, and installation.
Rachel is a mother to a beautiful little girl, who loves to spend time with her on the weekend doing art and puzzles. Rachel takes pleasure in fitness such as yoga, Pilates, spin, and weightlifting, after all she was named after one of the first female body builders. Rachel also loves to go shooting with her father.
Lynnette Asche is a project manager at our Pierce Design center in Bozeman. She grew up in Libby, MT and moved to Bozeman in 1994 to study Community Health at Montana State University. She and her husband Scott are proud to call Bozeman home. Lynnette has worked in the industry for 20 years with an emphasis on interiors. She loves helping to make your scratch paper visions come to life in a home where you will make so many wonderful memories for years to come. Lynnette and Scott do sneak off in their spare time to Libby, where they enjoy fishing on Lake Koocanusa, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
Debra Caruso is a Project Manager with Pierce Flooring & Design Center located in Bozeman, MT. Debra, along with her husband JD and dog Bailey, have lived in Montana for 10 years and enjoy being a part of the community. Debra has an Interior Design degree and enjoys working with clients in achieving design perspectives and budget. In her spare time, she enjoys fly fishing, camping, hiking, and traveling Montana back roads. Additionally, Debra sits on the Habitat for Humanity Family Selection Committee.
Tish comes to us from Oro Valley Arizona, where she sold homes and help design interiors for over 20 years. Being from a military family she moved around a lot but settled in Spokane Washington for her formative years. Visiting Montana on a vacation with family many years ago, bundled in neoprene and a thermos full of hot chocolate, they discovered fly fishing on the Gallatin. Tish and her husband Dave were literally hooked and vowed they would move to Montana someday! She loves fishing, hiking, horseback riding and travel. “I am excited to meet new people and find you the perfect floor covering for your home or business!”
Betty was born and raised in Billings, MT and graduated high school in Miles City. She has lived in Three Forks since 1972 where she and her husband raised two boys. Betty’s career includes a combined 30 years in banking, insurance and construction before coming to the Commercial Department at Pierce in 2004. Outside interests include being involved with the leadership in her church and the United Methodist Annual Conference. She also travels as often she can to see her four grandchildren in Fargo, ND.
Raised in Bozeman since she was six, Greer has always been at home here in the Big Sky country. She graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Sociology, emphasizing her passion for people. While this is not her first venture into the flooring and design world, Greer brings several years of customer service experience with her and is extremely excited to be the Commercial Administrative Assistant with Pierce Flooring and Cabinet Design. Outside of the office, Greer is most often found coaching high school debate, experimenting with a new recipe or adventuring outside with her husband and two black labs. As if she couldn’t get any more “Bozeman”, she owns a 4Runner too.
