Colin is the store manager of Pierce Flooring Design Center in Bozeman. He studied computer science at Peninsula College in Washington before taking an interest in sales and management. Colin sold flooring for several years and has over 10 years experience in management. He believes that timeliness, clear communication, and exceeding expectations are the keys to a successful business relationship and is excited to be a part of Pierce where the Pierce Promise reflects those goals. He and his wife, Christina, have 2 boys and spend their weekends fishing, riding motorcycles, and exploring the beautiful Gallatin Valley.
Loren grew up on a small farm in Iowa. It was there that he learned the value and rewards of hard work, faith, and persistence. Upon graduating from college, he married his college sweetheart and moved to Montana. Loren has been employed in floor covering sales and project management at the Bozeman Pierce Flooring & Design store since 1988. He and his wife enjoy living in Amsterdam, MT. They have three grown children and a Corgi named Coco, who keeps them in line. Loren and his wife enjoy swimming, gardening, bicycling, and traveling.
Susie is excited to be involved in this interesting and ever changing industry. Design has been a hobby of hers and has always enjoyed designing her own home. Susie loves to read, go on walks with her German Shepherd, and spending time in her garden. Susie loves helping her customers find the “look” that they want and visualize for their home.
Mary has been an Interior Designer for over 30 years. She has been helping families in the area plan their new homes as well as redecorate and update their existing homes. This is a true labor of love for her and she looks forward to giving her clients their own vision for their home.
Mary and her family moved to Bozeman in 1989. She enjoys living in Bozeman because of the connection with people and how they share their values. She loves to camp, cook, and spend time with her 14 grandchildren ranging in age from 2-18.

Stephen has been in sales for over 10 years and is very passionate about customer service. He led the contractor sales at the world’s largest Home Depot in Southern California for many years. In 2016, he received the award for Best of Service on Houzz for professionalism, knowledge, and outstanding customer service. He and his wife, Claire, are the proud parents of their son Rowan. When he is not busy changing diapers, he likes to cook, brew beer, make ceramics, go rock climbing, go camping, and take their two dogs hiking. Two things not many people know about Stephen, he has an amateur radio license and can kick a 55-yard field goal.
Roberta was born in Sand Point, Idaho but moved to Belgrade and graduated high school from there. She went to school for Design and has been in the industry for over 22 years. Roberta has been with Pierce Flooring. She loves helping people make their home what they have pictured it to be. Her family loves to hike, horseback ride, golf, swim, camp, fish, and travel.
Amy is a fifth generation Montanan and a native of the Gallatin Valley. She and her husband Michael have three children and a precious granddaughter. In her spare time, Amy enjoys growing orchids and succulents as well as collecting antique sterling and pewter. Amy enjoys partnering with customers to design their project and choose the best flooring for their lifestyle and budget.
Lynnette Asche is a project manager at our Pierce Design center in Bozeman. She grew up in Libby, MT. and moved to Bozeman in 1994 to study community Health at MSU. She and her husband Scott are proud to call Bozeman Home. Lynnette has worked in the industry for 20 years with an emphasis on interiors. She loves helping to make your scratch paper visions come to life, in a home where you will make so many wonderful memories for years to come. Lynnette and Scott do sneak off in there spare time to Libby, where they enjoy fishing on Koocanusa Lake, camping, and spending time with Family and friends.
Rachel has been in the flooring industry since 2001, gaining experience through installation, sales, and estimating. Originally from Connecticut, she has been in Montana with her husband for 17 years. She loves the Big Sky Country, her English Mastiffs, skiing, and of course the Seahawks.
Darren and his family moved to Bozeman from Wyoming in 1971, so his parents could pursue their degrees at MSU. After several years of working and traveling abroad, Darren returned to his Bozeman roots. He and his wife enjoy all the spectacular outdoor adventures Montana has to offer. One of his favorite things is following his Springer Spaniel through the fields after upland game birds. For the past decade, Darren has strived to grow and develop the Commercial Department at Pierce Flooring in Bozeman
Betty was raised in Billings, MT and graduated from High School in Miles City. She lived in Three Forks for 45 years where she and her husband raised two boys. Betty’s work career includes a combined 30 years in banking, insurance, and construction before coming to the Commercial Department at Pierce in 2004. Her interests include barbershop music with the Sweet Adelines, being involved with the leadership in her church, and the United Methodist Annual Conference. She has four grandchildren who keep her young at heart.
