We have used Pierce Flooring for replacement flooring in many rooms in our home. Our first project with Pierce was a replacement of the carpet throughout our basement. We used slate tile in most of the rooms. They did an excellent job in the installation. More recently, we replaced the carpet in many rooms on the main floor with oak hardwood. The people at Pierce were very helpful in coming up with a wonderful plan to transition from existing maple hardwood in some rooms to the new oak hardwood in other areas. Their plan was to replace a small area of existing maple in the entry area with travertine to provide the transition. This gives us a beautiful new entry area, with the desired transition.

The installation of the new hardwood was completed quickly and at a time of convenience for us. We would highly recommend Pierce Flooring to anyone!

Just a note to let you know I really appreciated the fine workmanship and professional presentation of Robin and John. They replaced our stair carpet as promised by Pierce in October of 2001. I appreciated their phone calls ahead of appointment, promptness, work ethic, and their genuine pleasantness. I just cannot believe that any company would follow through with a promise made 9 years ago-and keep records. We would like to take this opportunity to commend your company for having such nice and professional individuals in your employ. Firstly, Ursula Slovak was a delight to work with. Her expertise and understanding of the products is excellent, as well as her follow through.

Shortly after moving into our home, we noticed some problems with our carpet. I called Ursula who then contacted the “trouble shooters” for your company, Jon Amundsen and Robin Mestdagh. We couldn’t believe how fast they responded. They were at our home the same day to look at the issues with the carpet. Three weeks later, as promised, they returned to steam out the seams to see if that would help.

Unfortunately, it did not help and other issues started to appear in the carpet and ultimately it was deemed defective. Both Robin and Jon were steadfast in making sure that we were informed on the steps necessary to resolve the problem. Their expertise in their field is impeccable. Plus, their follow through was beyond anything we have experienced in the service industry.

So, our new carpet was installed, by Jon and Robin, and we are thrilled with the results. We chose your company because of its fine reputation and we are so glad we did. We would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone.

I emailed you a while ago about a bad experience we had with an installer. You emailed us back and offered to send one of your installer's to fix what we were having a problem with for future considerations of business. At that time I felt that the company I was dealing with needed to get this taken care of. They finally did, but they lost my future business. The wife and I are fixing up a fixer upper and have many projects. We are taking them one a year. We came to your business because of your response to our previous problems.
