The Pierce Promise is offered exclusively by Pierce Flooring and Design. This warranty is designed exclusively for our customers to eliminate the confusion surrounding the various manufactures warranties and to help our customers shop with confidence in knowing their purchase with Pierce will be covered.

This commitment to taking care of our customers is core to our business not only in words but also in actions. We have a proven track record as a leader in business in Montana for over 80 years. That longevity is based on the way we have treated our customers historically. We are proud to continue that tradition.

SIMPLE

STAIN PROTECTION from common household items for the lifespan of your floor. If the stain cannot be removed, either by our efforts or those of a professional cleaner*, we will either repair or replace the floor.
*Professional cleaning charges are the responsibility of the customer.

INSTALLATION. All Pierce installations provide guaranteed workmanship for the lifespan of your floor.

MANUFACTURING. All materials are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for the lifespan of your floor.

PIERCE PROMISES to be the one and only call you need to make with any concern you have for your floor.

LIFESPAN. All warranties are based on the lifespan of the floor.

EXCEPTIONS? Not really. Just common sense and fairness.

• Owner occupied, Residential property only.
• Structural deficiencies in subfloor not included.
• Natural disasters and obvious customer abuse not covered.
• Carpet must be cleaned every 18 months using professional hot water extraction method.
• Hard surface products must be maintained per manufacturers recommendations.

Is there any additional cost for the Pierce Promise?
No.

Does it increase our prices?
No, we will continue to hold our vendors responsible for delivering quality goods, we will continue to hold our installation professionals responsible for quality workmanship, and we will continue to deliver on our promise of selling the right product for its intended use. The key is that we take responsibility for these actions, we do not place our customer at risk.

Are past customers eligible for the warranty?
Yes, unless they purchased goods sold, “As-is”.

Are all products included?
Yes, unless they are marked, “As-is” and sold with no warranty.

Are all sales transactions eligible?
No. The Pierce Promise is limited to residential, owner occupied properties only.

What is the typical process once a claim has been received by Pierce?
We will need to inspect the product and the installation to determine the nature of the problem. At that point, we will determine with the customer if a replacement or repair is appropriate and will perform either in as timely a manner as possible, with as little disruption to the homeowner as possible. In some cases, we will ask for a mill representative to be present during inspection. This is to protect Pierce’s interest with our suppliers, and is not a determining factor in how we will treat the customer.

What is the main benefit offered by the Pierce Promise to the consumer?
It is our firm belief that this warranty is the very best offered in our industry and is completely unique to Pierce. The simplicity of it and the sincere interest to provide quality service is second to none and will give customers peace of mind that their concerns will be resolved in a fair and timely manner.

Are the manufacture’s warranties still included?
Yes. The Pierce Promise does not negate any of the mill warranties and they will still be facilitated by Pierce Flooring and Design.
